Gets dirty within a week

We’re sorry that the Commuter is a bit too slippery for your comfort level. We certainly weren’t out to cause any perilous predicaments, but rather create a streamlined design with ease-of-use for clothing pockets, etc.
Perhaps the Defender case would be better for you as it does have more silicone on the outside that may offer a better grip. Check out the link below for more information on that OtterBox case.

Didn't protect my phone during drop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dropped my phone and my screen is now shattered after purchasing the otterbox to prevent this from previously dropping my phone and shattering screen before purchasing this, I spent the money on this case thinking it would help prevent the screen from cracking along with a Best Buy brand glass screen protector, a rock or piece of asphalt went straight through the silicone part of this case

Case does not fit properly

We so apologize that the Commuter case style did not work out super well for you! Fortunately, we do make a different case that is not as slick and tends to grip the iPhone a bit tighter. Our Defender case has a hard inside shell that completely encloses the phone, and then a rubber silicone that stretches over the back so that it is easier to hold. It also comes with a belt clip holster so that you can clip it on your belt! We think this case might work better for you, and it is sold right here on Best Buy. Reliable case

I've always been happy with my previous Otterboxes and this one seems to be in that mold. The iPhone 7 is much slimmer than my old 5S, with the new case you can hardly tell a difference. I haven't dropped it (yet), but Otterbox has never let me down! Case has a slim profile and is very light, doesn't seem like it distorts my vocals when I speak with others.
