I expected better from otterbox, bout a cheap $8.00 case on Amazon for my other phone and it's so much better.

Within 2 months of having the case, both my front and back glass on my new iPhone was cracked to the point where I had to leave the case on unless I wanted my hand constantly cut by the shattered backing. I’ve had iPhones for almost a decade and never had a problem with protection from cases until I purchased this product. And unbeknownst to me, they don’t cover your phones damage. Only replacing your case. Would not recommend.

First time I dropped it, the case cracked a little where the camera is. Nothing noticeable. Even when there is a screen protector there is still a small area around the screen that is left unprotected. The glass on the back of my phone some how shattered, while in this case. So if you're extra careful and not clumsy at all, this is the case for you!

We put the Commuter through a number of tests to ensure that it meets our high standards of protection, but unfortunately, every drop or fall is subject to a number of different variables and angles, some of which are simply beyond our scope.
