Instead it's rather thin and sleek compared to what I had on my iPhone X. My iPhone X stopped working so I had to upgrade. Having had the Defender on my iPhone X, I figured I'd get the same for the XS Max. However, once I opened up the box and placed the case in my phone, I realized that it was not nearly as fat, and the cut outs weren't the same. But it still feels just as sturdy so I'm happy with the purchase.

Nice case until it broke

I bought a quick charger and had to take the phone out of the case to use it, which I didn’t realize you had to do. I’m doing so, the case cracked straight through and I had to buy the Apple Smart Case.
