I have always liked otter box but they are a little spendy

The item fits the phone physically however the Samsung phone we bought from Consumer Cellular had the earphone on the opposite side of the designed case. We had to drill an additional hole on the other side of the plug area in order to use it.

I purchased one of these brand cell phone covers because my husband has one for his iPhone. However, I got home and couldn't deal with the color. There were only two choices for my phone type: that loud teal and sea blue combo and a dull black. I returned it immediately and found a better looking case from a different manufacturer and was much happier.

purchased for bf new phone. has a gap at end. sometimes difficult to place charging in.

I had it sent to & brought it back to store & had them put the $'s back on my best buy gift card. It never came with the screen protector that said was suppose to come with it on the best buy web site. I live 60 miles to closest store & don't get there very often. Store was no help & Mgr. treated me rudely.

Was still able to break my phone even with this so called defender.

This case covers certain areas of the phone that should be exposed.

The phone I used would not work with the cover on it.

This case is horrible, I bought otter box because I am always dropping my phone and they are suppose to be really good. Not this one, I dropped my phone one time and bam im out a phone

Purchased phone and this case was recommended. Did not fit properly and was a burden when using the phone. Returned this immediately.

Case blocks main ports and camera do not buy make sure you get right case for your phone

Way too expensive for just being a case with no features like a stand or clip.

cell broke with cover on did not protect it fell..

I've had Otter boxes before and they're great for dropping on the floor, but this case covers up the speaker and the headphone port. I like to listen to audiobooks while I'm driving by hooking my phone up to my car via an aux cable. Now I have to take the case off completely (which is a pain in the butt in itself) just to hear anything. It's a terrible oversight on the designer's part. Not only that, the Best Buy site advertises this as having a screen protector, which it definitely does not, so now I have to buy one separately.

The case fits the phone very well and doesn't slip off or get caught. It's a bit hard to take off and put on but that's for good measure. It makes the phone a bit heavier but that's to be expected if you want protection.

Fits great on the phone. Protects is well and keeps a lot of the dust and dirt out of it.

The Otterbox cover for the Samsung Galaxy J3 Smartphone (in Aqua Sky) is a fantastic product. There are two levels of protection--a sort of piggy-back design: first, an attractive rubberized turquoise frame, plus an added strong plastic backing. All features are well-designed and accessible; I am one seriously happy camper.
