I have a few friends with this case and they did not like how stiff the rubber was covering the battery and headphone ports, but it doesn't bother me. I really have enjoyed this case so far, the back is smooth and doesnt get caught in your pocket while still delivering a great amount of protection for your phone. I will not buy another case, and will now get one for my Nexus 7 because of how impressed I was with it.

I decided on this case because I was lookinng for something that wasn't to bulky, but gave my phone the protection it needed.

I bought this as a back up case for my Galaxy S4. I've own several Otter Boxes for different phones that I've had and they have all worked flawlessly.

I enjoy the simplicity of placing it onto my phone. The product came with a screen cover so you do not have to buy that separately. And the product is durable.

My daughter loves the bright colors, and I love the protection that it provides.

The Otter Box Commuter series offers great protection at an affordable price.

I really like the protection of the Otter case, however it is NOT compatible with a desktop standup charger for the Galaxy S4. I have to take the case off in order to use the charger. It works fine with a normal AC or DC adapter or USB. The other problem is the screen protector. It had pretty sketchy instructions and I was unable to apply it correctly, so it was a total waste.

It's okay for a phone case, doesn't protect the screen but does its job protecting the rest of the phone.

My biggest complaint with strong covers in the past has been that they are hard to remove to get at the battery when one needs to remove the battery for a reboot. Not so with this cover. It holds on tight, but if you choose to remove it, a couple of simple steps will get it right off (and back on again). This is a huge improvement over older covers I have owned.

I like the feel of this product around my phone = makes my phone feel safe and protected. I try to be careful with my phone, but (clumsy me!) accidents, slips, falls, etc., do happen = and I want my phone to be prepared. Would not have purchased the phone without purchasing this product.

I like the commuter because it isn't too bulky. Easy to assemble

This case is such a life saver, my wife has one and she says it is almost indestructible.
