Great case, it protects the phone as it should. Very durable

It's just a phone cover. Nothing special about it.

On my sons phone and it has saved it a few times..

3 days after buying a new s4 and this case I noticed a cracked screen. My phone had been taken great care of and never dropped. I was just absolutely speechless. I thought I had taken necessary precautions to protect my purchase. I thought wrong. I first called Samsung & the first thing they asked me after explaining my problem was "Did you happen to install the otterbox commuter case?" I couldn't believe it. They told me they have had many customers call with the same problem that have this case. The rep from Samsung was surprisingly honest and helpful. She informed me otterbox should just recall this product because it is too small for the phone and causes it to cracked screens. You can only imagine how I felt after purchasing this case to protect my phone. When installing this case you almost have to stretch it out to fit your phone. It is definitely too small for the phone putting pressure on it. I then called otterbox in which they denied the claim and we're of absolutely no help at all. Even if this case didn't cracked my screen I would still say it's made of hard, slippery plastic in which is hard to grip. It's almost a task trying to hold the phone without dropping it. The volume rockers and power button also feel cheap and sticky after installing this case. I couldn't afford a new phone and do not want a refurbished phone so for now I am living with it. But I have exchanged the otterbox for a life proof case and could not be happier. Yes it's a little more $$ but trust me. It's worth it. High quality product all the way around. It even water proofs your device! I wish I had bought life proof instead of otterbox to start with. I know if I did, I wouldn't have a cracked screen right now.

The hard, pointed plastic at the top made it hard to hold tight to my face to talk. My ear would be red when I would get off the phone. I found myself holding the phone a little away from my ear to talk. Ridiculous. I took it back.

doesn't appear to be any more durable than cheaper cases given the price. I liked the pink and purple case and thought this brand of cases provided greater protection. It ok though and does what most other cases do.

Works great for the most part but the silicone part sometimes comes off around the front rim of the phone leaving the sliver rim exposed. And silicone portion peels (like little pieces of silicone come off)

The case seems to protect the phone which is why I bought it. I was disappointed in the lack of choice when it came to color. This and camo were my only choices.

I should have gone with the Defender model from the beginning as this one is clumsy with it's curved back and hard shell...slides off a table easily.

I couldn't tuck it under my chin and talk with no hands as the plastic on the top edge seemed sharp. It hurt my ears all the time.

Case looks nice and it probably provides protection, but it just does dot fit the case very uniformly.
