Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the case better than most of the other options however, the hard case that surrounds the soft case blocks wireless charging. I bought the insignia 10 watt wireless charger with the phone and it only will work if I take the hard shell off. I also couldn't get it to wireless charge another phone that didn't even have a case one it with the hard case on. I normally wouldn't mind just taking the hard case off, but with Otter-boxes designs it can be a pain to constantly put the rubber pieces back in their respective places.

Warning: Blocks Wireless Power Share

Wireless charging the phone using a wireless charging pad still works fine, but sharing your phone power with accessories or another phone does not work. Otterbox makes very good cases, but I may take this one back since I lose a primary feature of the phone. I still like the case for protection, and am quite disappointed that it doesn't work 100% with the phone.

While most of our cases have historically been compatible with power sharing, it can be heavily reliant on the other phone that is being charged. Unfortunately, because of this, we are unable to guarantee that the Commuter is compatible with this feature for all other devices. Great Case, Wireless Power Share doesn't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The case fits perfectly from what you expect from an otterbox, however the wireless power share does not work with this case on due to the rear of the case being on the thicker side. Wireless charging still works just fine. Overall the case is great and fits the phone like a glove, but if you plan on using wireless power share you may want to look elsewhere.

Great Otter case.

The case is nice and sturdy, buttons are much easier to press than my Pursuit case for the same phone S10+, easier to remove and seems to get a lot less oily and capture less fingerprints. She so far is very happy with the case. It seems a lot less bulky than she expected. And we got it on sale so that is that. The only thing that is bothering her is the dust covers for the USB and headphone jack. Unlike my Pursuit series where you can just pull them out they will need some cutting here which she says she is only annoying day away from it.
