Thanks for your feedback! We are sorry that the Commuter case is a bit too slippery for your comfort level. We certainly weren’t out to cause any slick situations, but rather create a streamlined design with ease-of-use for clothing pockets, etc.
Perhaps you would be more interested in our Defender case as it does have a silicone slipcover on the outside that may offer a better grip. Check out the link below for more information on that OtterBox case.

Screen saver too small

I have dropped it but not more than usual. My last case was great for the full two years that I used it. Not too impressed with this one.

Can't charge the phone with the case on

It is impossible to plug a charger into the phone while the case is on. This is a major flaw, because the case is hard to get on and off and, well, being able to charge the phone is kind of important. Also the tabs on the bottom of the case covering the charger port and earphone jack are nearly impossible to open.
