Didn't prevent phone screen from getting cracked

I know the new phones are very different from older ones, but the cases just aren't up to par anymore. Dropped my phone and the screen was... well, if it were a car, we'd say totaled. It was a brand new S8+. Not very happy. Won't be using Otterbox any longer.

Charge Jack Flap too Stiff!
