The design of the case WILL protect your screen! I have dropped my phone nearly once a week (most of the time), and sometimes more than once a week - from every height (I'm 6 ft), and on every surface! NO screen scratches or damage ANYWHERE, and the phone bounces when it drops!

Phone screen cracked

The case itself was great easy installation and provided more grip but one slight fall from a pocket and the top corner of the screen cracked.
