I have had this phone accidentally drop a couple of times and the screen has not touched the pavement after the fall. I would recommend it to anyone who has a curved screen Samsung phone.

It was a little bit of a learning curve from the S5 to S8 but easy to learn. Love the screen . I also like the cordless charger .

It is slimmer and has closable ports to prevent water & dust damage. These closable ports do not effect the use of a charger or headphone jack.

Our apologies that the Commuter case is a little too slick for your comfort level! If you're looking for a case with superior protection but a bit more traction, we would suggest our Defender series. The Defender has a rubber silicone piece that stretches over the back of the case, making it much easier to hold. Don't hesitate to check it out via the following link!

In terms of the screen protector, are you using the case in conjunction with our Alpha Glass? The phone outlasts the case.

The only time I haven't is when I couldn't find one to fit the phone I had at the time . I think to make a great product. And yes I would recommend this.

I love then I don't know how many times I dropped my phone and nothing happened and it definitely should have cracked ore scratched at least. Will continue to spend the money on them last one lasted almost 4 years before it finally cracked but the phone was still good
