I bought this item after purchasing and returning the Lifeproof case made for Samsung 8-which did not fit well, I was wary of this Otter box because there is no screen cover and for me, I could not see how I would not scratch the screen, in a purse, with keys, etc. So I had the Best buy guy put on a plastic screen cover, as well. He did a good job and so far I am very happy with this case, which fits well and I think will provide the extra damage control that I need!!

The color is Pretty. U can hold in yo hand easily without dropping the phone. I have enjoyed the cover.

What can I say, it’s an Otterbox. Great protection without, in my opinion, adding too much bulk.

The Otterbox commuter series offers great protection for the Samsung Galaxy 8. A double layer surrounds your phone. There is the inner seal, and the outer seal. Otterbox with drop protection.

This is the only brand of phone case I will buy anymore. Keeps the phone well protected and isn't too bulky.

Otter boxes are well worth the cost. Not as happy with this model as previous as it cannot cover the screen like older flat models so had to add a separate screen protector. Still worth it to not have cracked screens. Would be a 5 if did not have a separate screen protector

Wanted a case that wasn't too bulky and had good protection and I found that I'm this commuter case.

The case is esthetically pleasing and feels good in your hands. However, the slick surface prevents it from remaining securely attached to magnetic mounts. Regardless, the case does provide good general exterior protection for the phone and fits the phone contours well.
