The case doesn't come up the sides at all, if it were to fall I do not feel it would protect the phone at all. The case itself is rather slippery to hold. I feel you would get the same protection from a much cheaper case.

We just bought a Samsung Galaxy S8+ kind of want to protect that investment so spent $20 more and got her the same life proof case I have and they are awesome and gives me peace of mind
