We have used the Commuter and Defender series cases since the Iphone 4 came out. I have never even had so much as a cracked screen on my devices, and I've dropped them on just about every type of surface you can imagine. We converted to Otterbox after my wife dropped her phone (in a silcon case) on the carpet and it shattered. That was an Iphone 3, and they have gotten much more durable, but I can't say enough about the Otterbox.

I have always had an otter box for my phones. They are great because they protect your phone no matter how many times you drop it. Once when I traded a phone in and the salesclerk took the otter box off my 4 year old phone and was amazed at the great condition my phone was in.

It’s a good case, don’t do anything different than any other case. Very sturdy and resistant.

I always get an OtterBox for the security it gives me in case I drop my phone. The protection it gives my phone lets me use my phone without worrying that it will get damaged. It’s well worth the cost of the OtterBox for the peace of mind I get knowing ng my phone is protected.

My last few iPhones I have gotten a version of the otter box commuter. Slim design and super durable. I drop my phone often and since I’ve been using this version of otter box I haven’t had a single crack

For what I wanted, this item fit the bill. The $20 model was an acceptable rubber cover, this was the in between case which has 3x the strength of the cheaper model, and the more expensive model can be used for frisbee as it has a 5x rating, but cost $60.

This is the first OtterBox case that I have owned and I am very happy with it. It was easy to put on and I have had no issues using the iPhone at all. When I purchased this online I didn't know what to expect, but to date this case has exceeded my expectations.

Classic Otterbox quality. You can beat the crap out of this case no worries. When I know I am going to be doing work that might danger my phone. I use the Otterbox. My only downside is since it is so thick the MagSafe charging will not work through it.

Great Case. This protects the iPhone very well and no too bulky

This really does offer the utmost protection. I have dropped my phone numerous times and each time my phone has been undamaged. I trust the Otterbox name, as it has always proved to me with my past devices to have given the best protection

Difficult to get to over phone. Otherwise, it was exactly what I needed.

Originally purchased the Symmetry model but it didn't feel robust enough so I exchanged it for this Commuter model. This one is definitely more robust than the Symmetry model, I have more confidence that this case will protect my phone against drops.

I find the case to be a little flimsy it makes getting the case on and off simple but all you have to do is push on it with your fingers and it starts coming apart. In my mind I don’t think it’s as sturdy as they used to be for normal wear and tear. That being said I have dropped my phone a few times and everything has held up. So I’m not really complaining.

I previously had an OtterBox for my iPhone 7 and really enjoyed it. I'm sure it saved my phone a number of times. I now have an iPhone 12 and bought another OtterBox. Staying with something I know works!

The Otterbox Commuter Phone protector is strong but not as expensive as some of the other models. It withstands quite a bit of dropping and is easy to install. I also like that Otterbox stands behind their products

I would not consider buying any product other than Otter which I was first introduced to by Best Buy. Time and again my expensive and valuable Iphone has been protected with this excellent case.

I purchased this phone case for my 12 pro max and its just what i was looking for. It has good grip and feels like it can take a few drops. I use to buy the defender series but found them to be too bulky for a already large phone.

Otterbox makes great cases for phones. They are thin yet provide protection against drops, which I do quite often. I traded In my last phone which was in an Otterbox for 3 years and its condition was like new.
