We're sorry to hear that you're not loving your Commuter Series case! While that case is compatible with Qi charging pads, it is not designed for optimal functionality with MagSafe accessories. Keep in mind, this case will perform best with OtterBox branded wireless chargers. That being said, we have a sizeable lineup of OtterBox cases that we designed specifically to interact with Apple's MagSafe ecosystem and that have been through our full gauntlet of tests to ensure they will still offer the protection OtterBox is known for. Also most charging cables don’t work with this case, pretty much have to stick with official apple chargers.

I have use the same case since 8P and it’s always the most trusted. The only problem for 12p now is really hard to let all my wireless chargers work which it’s never a problem for 8p, X, XS, 11p.

Broke pretty quickly.
