The service at Best Buy can’t be beat the young man that helped me went above and beyond concidering they were closing. He showed me some additional apps to help with my transfers.

Underwhelming for the price

Never had issues with OtterBox before, usually quality product. Not going to buy this one again, but will give OtterBox another try in the future

There is a small gap between the plastic and the rubber piece. I believe this is because of the small surface area for the case to grasp around the camera. I have always owned Otter box cases because working in manufacturing they hold up and protect the phone. Their warranty is exceptional.
