Have I been aggressive with it? No is it a small thin piece of plastic that is going to prob break anyway. Does the rest of it work? I hope so. Unfortunately I can't take a picture of it but you would see it on the case.

Would have liked to see a better deaign. The area by the volume and power is very loose and wont last under normal use and tends to come out of the case. I love otterbox but this is a bust will be looking for a new case with a better design to protect my note 20 ultra 5g.
