He didn't like it because the 2nd time he picked his phone up it slipped out of his hand so he planned on returning it after he found one that was safer to use. Unfortunately Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy & because we actually opened the box & broke the manufacturers seal we were unable to return it. So we're out $40 bucks for something that is useless to us because a slippery otterbox won't keep our phone safe. Because of this I won't buy anything else from Best Buy if I can help it.

This case was designed to fit the Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G seamlessly, so misalignment issues shouldn't be a problem.
