We truly do put forth every effort—from design and materials to manufacturing and post-production testing—to ensure our products will provide the best protection available to limit the potential for such discouraging outcomes, but unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique variables which prevents us from being able to eliminate all risk.

Our cases our tough, but every drop is subject to a multitude of variables, many out of our control. While we can't help with any repairs to your Samsung device, we'd love to help you with a case replacement if it was too damaged in the fall.
