I absolutely love my new Galaxy Note20 Ultra. The battery last for a minimum of 48 hours and each app is very fast. The Internet service is also excellent and my photos and videos are very close to professional quality…. best cell phone I've ever owned!

Always a joy to treat yourself to a case like otterbox. Tgere the best case on the market. Seems to keep me coming back much improvement since I first purchased it!

I would give it a 3 but it did not protect my phone for this price.

Great case. The slim profile does not add bulk to the phone. Offers great protection from drops. I like how the charging port is covered with a flap to prevent t dust and lint from clogging the charging slot. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm normally a fan of the commuter series for all my galaxy phones, but this one didn't feel like the purpose of the design matches the price. Fits my phone just fine, just wish it offered a bit more protection for a phone costing over a thousand bucks. The back of the case levels to the protruding camera, while the front edges hardly go above the screen. I'm bummed for having to go to the defender series since it's so bulky. Feels like they just missed it with this one.

It is a nice comfortable case. I have always been happy with otterbox products. The only drawback is that it doesn't protect the screen of the phone.

Bough it, despite reading a few negative reviews regarding the top right corner loose fit. Its true, its loose and feels very unsafe, as if on a drop the phone will pop out. Didn't happen, but took it back avoiding any risk of damaging my cell phone. Got the Symmetry Series instead, and even though it scratches easily, my Note20 will be protected as it protected my Note8 for years.

I'm disappointed in Otterbox.. they're still the best (in my opinion) out there, but this particular phone protector case isn't great. It's not attached properly, I think it somehow stretched in the upper corner. But I've had this a month now, and I've dropped my phone many times within that month, and my phone is fine! So thats good. It does NOT protect the mulitple big camera lenses space on the back of the phone and that scares me, but we'll see how it goes.

Good design, but could be more durable, cracked just a few months in after a hip level drop and had to replace it with a new case.

I've bought the OtterBox brand phone covers for years. They are great quality. Wish the store had more options in stock. We bought our cell phones and wanted covers the same day, so ordering online was impractical.

Best case yet for the note. Ive had the same commuters before but this one is much thinner but has the same strength. Also, the buttom cover for the charging port is a nice feature.

Got this for my husband who works construction. His phone looks brand new out of the case. Otterbox makes their products last.

So far I love the way this phone performs and handles I've been wanting the Note 20 Ultra for a while and recently got it and I love it especially that I've got it Unlocked is way better.

Just like all otter box designs. Made like a tank. Very solid design. Was very in expensive on sale. So I splurged. I know this is the best case I ever owned. You paid what you get for.

Not the best fit. It is loose on one corner. My Defender had a better fit.

Love this case! Pretty durable considering it does not look as protective, but I have not had any issues whatsoever. I have dropped my phone a couple times and it has always held up!

Had to get a new phone and they had what I needed and got everything done in about an hour. I even got a case and screen shield installed. Very happy with their service.

The OtterBox-Commuter Series for the Galaxy Note20 Ultra has design flaw. Know this product is pricey. After a few months of use the case cover will separate from the plastic inner cover. I am a female and if I place the phone to my ear, my hair becomes entangled between the two layers of protection. I am on my second unit and again after a few months of use the same problem occurs. Perhaps this may be considered insignificant, but the opening does not ensure protection if there is an accidental drop. Customer Service was great and a replacement was sent in a timely manner as it has a lifetime warranty. However, it has developed the same issue. Perhaps I will check to see if the defect has been resolved and request a third replacement. Currently, in retrospect I would not initially buy this product.
