I was promised this phone by wednesday July 28 only the cell phone case arrived on the 28th the email said that ther was 2 items for p[ickup only the case was there.wednesday in the store was a 4a pixel phone but not mine. what is going on.Please tell why such poor service.

This version sits up a lot higher on the screen, so it may get in the way when you're trying to write text... I would test it out in the store first before making the decision.

It doesn't even really fit properly and, worst of all, you can't even use the phone with it in the case!! The buttons don't line up, and when you try to press to get to your phone to turn on or off volume, nothing happens -- except maybe it triggers the phone going into lockdown mode. The only thing I can do is use this to prevent scratches as I carry the phone to a new location -- then I have to REMOVE the entire case off of the phone actually to use my phone. I have owned otter boxes before - I know how to put them on. This is worse than Worthless!!!

Doesn't fit my Pixel 4a

The inside of the 4a commuter case I received is about 14.5 cm in length. I've owned Otterbox cases before and am familiar with the way they're supposed to fit, and this ain't it chief.
