Fits the phone great. Only down side is its uncomfortable to hold. And its a bit hard to hold.

Terrible case.... The latch that covers the charging port is near impossible to hold open to plug in the usb-c cable, and the cut out is too small for some cables. Also the case is so thick it gets in the way of swiping up or swiping down. Definitely will keep your phone safe, but at the cost of ease of use. Plus $50 is crazy, get an Amazon case.

Good protection while keeping the phone profile farely slim. Pricey but worth it.

Great protection except the rubber portion of the case started to stretch after 2 months. This caused the phone to pop our from the top right corner. I contacted otterbox and reported the issue. They sent out a new case after paying 7 for shipping. Its been a month but this one seems to be holding up.

So far it's good just started to use more features.. but the camera is really clear

Good protection when you can't get the defender. Be sure to use a screen protector!

When in the process of buying a phone and this case was suggested to me during check out. I planned on buying a case for the new phone anyway and was a good price so I added to cart and checked out. Otterbox has always made great protective cases for phones. After picking my purchase up at the store and getting home, looking at that case it's well made and appeared perfect for protecting my new phone. Took it out of the package and went to insert new phone and realized the case does not fit and to small. I looked at the package and realized the case is for Galaxy S21 5G which would have been great if that was the phone I just bought, however, I bought the Galaxy A42 5G. Highly recommend be sure and read to verify the item being suggested at check out is actually for the product being purchased. Usually I do but was in a rush.. Oh well, will be returning. Gave 3 Stars due to the case appears to be well made and great choice for protecting the Galaxy S21 5G phone.

My Samsung S21 is great. Took a couple days to get used to the alternate icons on the desktop. They are very different from the Samsung S4 that was replaced. S21 downside, a many step process to disconnect a USB drive. S4 was very simple.

I feel comfortable wit my phone being protected with this case.

This is an excellent case for protecting your phone. Hard outer shell, soft inner for dispersing impact force. Highly recommend for the S21, as the phone is a bit slippery....

Firts I bought one of those that been sold on Amazon. But it was to big for my pocket. Then I found this one on Best Buy I was willing to pay the higher price and better of all it was on sale.

Just my problem but I loved my Galaxy S9 and was heartbroken when I dropped and broke it. The S21 is a great phone but bigger than the S9 and with the case added is too big to fit in the pockets I used to use without fear of it falling out. Still getting used to it but am kicking myself for breaking my S9.

After resisting the purchase of an Otterbox in the past, I'm glad that I finally did. The cost was my main reason. Although a little more costly than other brands, quality and the ergonomic advantage is worth it.

Love my otter box. Some may find them cumbersome, I say others are too flimsy and not worthy of cradling my phone. My only quip is that I had to purchase a separate screen protector-- What's up with that??

In spite of being short on staff, I was very pleased with the service I received when I purchased my phone. I am sorry that the names have slipped my mind, but I couldn't have been more satisfied.
