Case warps from heat from phone

I've never had this issue with any other case I've gotten. I usually get some cheap case for under $20 and generally have no problems. I figure for once I'll try and Otterbox because I hear so many good things, and this thing was plain awful. There's a one year warranty but I have to pay for shipping to cover it. The case failed a month after use. Save your money and get something else.

Very disappointing purchase

I've used these before, but this one doesn't fit on the phone properly, and when I went to the store for help, the one tech on the Geek Squad desk was tied up with another customer, and after waiting 15 minutes, I left - I had a flight to catch. So, I'm only using half of the OtterBox - I can't get the hard exterior case to fit onto the phone.

Once you have that rubber slipcover on, you should be able to snap the exterior plastic layer on it by starting in the top left corner and slowly working around from corner to corner.
