There was no rush to purchase, just to help me make a good decision. Because of the condition of my old phone, there was a question whether the data on my old phone could be transferred to the new phone. With some fenagling all the data was transferred. The time spent doing this was way more than normal, but it was taken care of completely. I highly recommend Best Buy for purchasing a new phone.

Protective but slippery

The screen is protected well by a high lip. There is a rubber case that goes around the phone followed by a hard plastic back. The problems I had with the case were that the plastic back was too slippery, and the rubber casijg did not extend down the sides all of the way for better grip. I also found the cover for the charging port to be difficult to open.
