The thin plastic around the camera and charger also cracked pretty quickly. This case kept my S21 Ultra safe after many drops but still had that nagging stretching problem that almost every Otter Box case has. All in all its a good case at discounted prices if you would rather have protection over looks and feel.

Looks great, back still broke anyway.

Normally have great luck with OB products, but sadly, this one failed me. A light drop with the case managed to result in a shattered back (was not a corner impact either); now the case keeps the fragments from scratching me up. The thinner plastic has also bowed a bit by the buttons, but that is a secondary complaint really. Will definately look for a different maker for my next phone.

Posted .It's not like an OtterBox to have an issue with overall fit, and we're sorry that you had such a disappointing experience. Generally, something like this is rooted in a mismatch between the device and the case, and Samsung does have some similar naming conventions for a number of phones (i.e. S21, S21+, S21 Ultra, S21 FE), which can sometimes make things a bit tricky.

Case becomes deformed and no longer fits properly
