Good case. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. Be low profile and protect my phone from minor bumps and drops. I would recommend to anyone who just needs a simple case to protect their phones.

I dropped my phone with this case 5 times already from the waist down as well as down the stairs in my house. It survived all falls! Not as bulky looking as the other otter box cases.

The iPhone case is simple and feels great and it’s good quality and my wife loves it and it u drop your phone a lot otter case is the way to go

Just upgraded from an iPhone 8+ to the 13 Pro Max and when shopping for cases I was certainly comparing the feel of my old 8+ commuter case to the new offerings even including the Defenders, Symmetries, and Commuters. Was very disappointed that the uplevel cases are now just cheap hard shells that will most certainly scratch the side of the phone like what used to happen back in the iPhone 4 and 5 days when dust and dirt infiltrates into the case. Only the Commuter was a two part case with a rubber insert and a plastic shell around that like my old iPhone 8+ Commuter case. The outer shell is thinner plastic so is not as tough feeling as the old case either. The rubber insert also does not have as thick of a lip around the front to protect the display as much as the older case either. Given the sad feeling of cheapness on the uplevel cases, I went with the new Commuter as I wanted the softer rubber insert around the phone to better prevent scratching of the phone edges. I must say my old commuter has kept my old phone looking pristine so I do hope for the same with the new commuter but I’m not as confident it will. One thing was true for all cases in that since the camera bump sticks out like a tail on a dog, there is no hope of setting the phone flat on its back on a table in any case and not have the phone rocking around like a bad chair with crooked legs. My old commuter was actually thick enough to not have more plastic sticking out around the cameras so it would lay flat on a table. Also while still allowing wireless charging to still work. To be honest, I’d design a better series of cases. Not looking for the old bulky corner bumps to return, but these cases could certainly stand to be thicker such that the phone would lay flat on a hard surface, have better frontal protection, have a more textured surface for better grip, and have a recessed area for the mag safe features to still work. I could whip that out in solid works in no time flat… At least the new commuter case was a bargain compared to the others and did install very easily.

Very protective on phone. I normally stay with this kind for my phone as I tend to drop it often and it keeps it protected. Also like it protects the plug area from debris.

Bought this for my son’s phone. Apple leather case just couldn’t take teenage abuse. This case is low profile while being protective. Really like it.

Absolutely did not work with MagSafe. It could charge if I laid it down perfectly, but there was no magnetic connection strong enough to hold upright on a charger or even the MagSafe car Mount.

I've owned several Otterbox products and they never disappoint. Use in conjunction with a screen protector and your phone is *almost* indestructible.

Long time user of this product for my phones. It has saved me countless times over the years. Highly recommend if you’re looking for solid protection for your devices.

Had to buy this as an emergency and found myself loving this case. Case was only supposed for a day or two but now its my main case

I enjoy the design and portability of the case despite its rigid design! Its almsot unnoticable in my pocket and has amazing handle.

Very durable case. Not too bulky. I can keep it in my pocket all day with no issue. I’m notorious for dropping things, this case does the trick

Great protection for my new phone. The case is a little less for grip and is kind of bulky but it does provide the maximum protection to the entire phone.

I always believe in these cases. I ran over one with a skid steer . The iPhone was bent but still working. The case I reused on the new phone

Other than not having a built in screen protector this is the same old time quality you would expect from an otter box

Very good protection in case you drop your iPhone 13, if dropped accidentally you will have a better chance to protect your screen from breaking.

This is a better fit than last generation iPhone 12 Pro Max silicone case. Seems to be harder to remove and may be thicker.

Another iPhone so another Otter case to protect it! We have always been happy with their cases and know that this one will be great too!

My wife says that it is the best case that I could have given for her phone. She is very happy with the color, and she loves it.

I really like the commuter case it not to bulky and it looks great on your phone the best part is no fingerprints show on it I would definitely recommend
