Posted .Our apologies for the confusion prior to purchase, but although the Commuter Series case will allow a charge to pass from the MagSafe charger through to the iPhone held within, it is correct that it does not have any internal magnets to help facilitate a "locking" connection with any MagSafe accessory.

Posted .There's certainly something to be said for the Commuter Series case to have served its main purpose of helping to keep your iPhone safe from harm under the pressures of daily use, though we were sorry to hear that you felt like things were getting a bit heated when charging. As long as that was relatively isolated to the point of contact on the backside of your device where the internal charging coils would be set within then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Case is Hard plastic that slips on surfaces :(

It is more a hard plastic than the rubber type I had. Did not know until I used it a few days so no taking it back I bet. It is so slick the phone slides when placed on certain surfaces making it much easier to drop the phone. HATE it don't buy..

Doesn’t fit proper and very over priced

The case does not fit right at all. The top part above the notch is not covered, with this case. The sides are very loose on the case and flappy. Not giving you the security you want on a such a big bulky case. I wouldn’t trust dropping my phone in this.
