Although we do everything we can to make sure our cases will provide the best protection available to help limit the potential for such discouraging outcomes, unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control and prevent us from being able to eliminate all exposure to risk.

Not sure if it's the case's doing or what but my phone suffered absolutely no damage whatsoever when my 140lbs landed right on it. Very please with how sturdy the case is, yes it's a bit boring but I'll take function over fashion- especially because it saved me $1000 for a new phone.

I especially liked the fact that the charging port is covered. The problem with this case is that it doesn't last. First, the silicone layer gets loose. Piece of plastic above the charging port flap broke off, then the flap itself came off, then plastic on the bottom cracked. If you're ok with the case lasting a year, go ahead, otherwise, look elsewhere.

The only thing that did not go well is that they did not setup the trade in value with our carrier. Told us to go to our carrier and said Best Buy should have placed in the system for trade in.
