My last protective cover did not have this and my screen protector cracked after one drop. I highly recommend Otterbox phone protectors.

I accidently droped my phone into 30 feet ov lake water, had to have a diver retrive it, took about an hour to find it. It stll worked after thaf.

My reason for not giving it 5 stars is that, after just 2 weeks of owning, im seeing slight wear on the lower corners of the soft rubber.
