I’ve bought this case for my last 4 iPhones. They can take a beating!

Feels sturdy, but it is a little slippery. I wish the outside was more grippy.

Already paying off because I have drop a number of times and haven't had any major issues.

I've always used OtterBox cases for my cell phones and recommend them to everyone. They're strong, durable and they last. They really are the best phone cases out there!

Just what I needed hard case I like the texture surface

I bought the OtterBox Symmetry to start off with and it just felt too thin and non protective. The defender is just too thick to comfortably go into the pocket. The Commuter is just the right mix of things.

I attempted to return an item within the 15-day window, but my experience at Best Buy was disappointing. The cashier mentioned that if the item hadn't been opened, they would likely accept the return. I explained that it hadn't been used and was open when I bought it. She then called another associate, who tried to convince me to pay over $45 for a program that would extend the return period. The associate provided the manager's phone number, but I quickly realized that Best Buy's size might be affecting their quality of customer service. When I called the Sioux City store, I was routed to a call center where a representative inaccurately claimed the item was still within the 15-day return policy. While the return policy makes sense for electronics, it doesn't seem fair for other items. Based on this experience, I can't recommend shopping at Best Buy, particularly the Sioux City location. They appear too large to prioritize excellent customer service.

Returned this item. It didn't fit around the middle camera, not sure if it was a production defect or what. Traditionally have always used OtterBox products.

There’s a portion of the frame that is literally missing. How this got past QC is beyond me. This case sucks. I’d return but missed BBs window. Smart people learn from the mistakes of others. Avoid.
