Replacement one had the same issue. Friend of mine suggested I use an emery board and lightly sand off the sharp edge. I did that and it solved the problem.

This was a solid purchase, price point was kinda high but overall a good product.

The edge wrapping on the front could be a bit more aggressive. It has slid off a couple times like the phone is a mm deeper than the case wants.
