I was perturbed with the fact that they sent the one I purchased on line back and did not give me a warning or let me know it had arrived. This resulted in me paying twice the amount for the case which was not right.

Great phone and still easy to use but, the one thing I do miss is the smaller size of the SN which fit so easily in my back jeans pocket or my shirt pocket. Boy do I miss that convenience.

Maybe could be improved. Otherwise, no worries.
