Was so stoked I didn't even keep the receipt or box, and figured otterbox was basically indestructible. We'll turns out it is not and I would not recommend this case.

Expect that when you buy a new phone you will leave with a working phone. Discovered, after I left, that was not the case. Took days to get correct SIM card and a working phone. Best Buy no help. Verizon not much more. I do like the phone. Its the cudtomer service that is so poor.

Poor fit 2nd time around

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the 2nd Otterbox case I've purchased for my S22 Plus, and as the first one I bought last year this one after about 2 weeks the top right corner is weakened and does not fit the phone securely. The corner seems too flimsy to hug the phone. I have seen many other people on various reviews for this case have had the same problem for their S22 Plus phone. The only reason I bought a 2nd one this year is that Best Buy didn't have any selection for me to choose from and I wanted to get a case right away. I gambled and took a chance, and I lost. I have had Otterbox cases previously, so I believe it's just they made a ton of these cases that have a poor fit.
