Posted .Although the Commuter Series is one of our more streamlined options, we were sorry to hear it's still feeling a bit too substantial for your needs and taste. Our Symmetry Series will have the lowest profile of our cases for the Galaxy S22 Ultra, so that's potentially worth checking out right here at Best Buy!

The Otterbox Defender is a far superior product, as I had never had any issues with drops on my old phone, however the Commuter has led to cracked glass on both my Galaxy Note 9 and my Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Were you using any of our screen protectors along with the cases when the damage occurred? Although we perform a ton of drop testing on our cases, the use of such an accessory is never a bad idea.
