Its smaller than the phone i switched from, but the screen is brighter, and the phone handles much better. The battery life is far greater than that of my old phoen and the ease of wireless charging is a huge plus.

Slim , so it fits in your pocket easily. Hard to ensure durability

Easy to forget that this case is even there. Very ergonomic and comforyable to hold. I really appreciate the rubber gasket flap over the charging port, it really helps prevent accident dirt or water from entering.

Have always used Otterbox on my phones. Dropped a few times over the years, never broke a screen. Highly recommended.

Trying to figure things out. Its a big step up from s10. Getting used to the changes from my old phone. Over-all it is alot faster than the s10. Thanks

Good quality compact phone, best buy was helpful with purchase. local best buy store made it more convenient .Transfer of data at store set up phone for use with no problems. Would recommend Best Buy and Samsung to everyone! Last Samsung phone J7 lasted over 7 years with little problems.

So happy that I went back to a Samsung phone. It's really easy to use and the camera is fantastic the pictures are very clear and you can capture objects farther away.

Its a nice i am currently using this device right now the only thing i wish for is aux.

While I am satisfied with the phone, Best Buy's inability to deliver the item (requiring a signature) within my window of availability was extremely inconvenient to me. It was supposed to be shipped Monday, and required a signature for delivery, so I took that day off. It did not ship until Tuesday. When I inquired about picking the item up at a nearby location, I was told no, I must wait for it to be delivered - which it was twice, while I was at work, and unable to sign for it. I had to take a half day just to provide a signature.

Time for a new Samsung Galaxy phone. Transfer of old data was quick

Nice case but when you plug your phone you shouldn't have to open the charger port or whatever its called but its really nice

Upgraded from the Galaxy S9. Much faster, better camera. A lot of new, cool features.

A little difficult to get in pocket bc of textured surface, but worth it, as that feature keeps it from sliding even on smooth surfaces
