It's good protection for your phone, but it started to get worn out after time. The edge around the phone where the buttons are is kind of loose. This never happened with my other otterbox.

This is the second time I have bought this item from Best Buy, The first one lasted 5 years until my phone fell out of my pocket onto the street and a car ran over it. Shockingly, the phone case saved the phone even though the glass was broke. A day in the repair shop and my phone was new once more. Best Buy has a large variety of cases for most phones and at reasonable prices.

Its a very strong case my phone fell down the stairs without a scatch.

I have used Ottorbox phone cases for years. They have always provided excellent protection for my phone and they have the best warranty! The Commuter series combines great protection and value. The case is made of a harder material then my previous case and the power button is a little stiff but I imagine it will get broken in over time. That's the only reason I gave it four stars instead of 5

Solid case for the money. Has always been my go to for protecting my devices. My only issue with the soft case part of the commuter case is that it stretches towards the corners of the case at the top. Luckily OtterBox is great at warranty replacing. For the price you pay for these cases the quality cof be a little better.

It's a good case, fits like expected and protective

After a few years since my last upgrade it was time for a new phone. My previous phone was also a Samsung phone and the transfer of data and the sim card was easy to complete at home. Took me about 30 min. The camera works well. My only real complaint is they no longer have a power adapter in the box.
