Missed Opportunity to Show Exceptional Service

When I went to return the phone, Amazon had the same product on sale. It was prime day. I asked for a price match (which is Best Buy’s policy) but was told it was up to the manager because the sale price was a prime day special. The manager told the mobile associate I was working with that they would not honor the price match. So I got nothing for my inconvenience and Best Buy could have used this my situation to show superior customer service but decided it was not worth it for a total tech long time customer. Needless to say, I bought the item from Amazon brand New in the box saved 200.00 and have no issues. Do not buy open box phones not worth it.

Within next couple of days the top right corner of the case, above the volume keys was already starting to loosen and just wouldn't hug the body of the phone. BRAND NEW! No drops, only installed it once. I didn't take it off unti the Defender came in. The rubber is lose and flimsy with nothing to grip onto so it simply doesn't.

Not thought out very well

Would Not Purchase - 1 Year of use

Waste of money. Defective to the point of falling off phone. Rubber case has become warped, hard backing barely remains clipped on. I am assuming this line of cases are either rejects of the more expensive case production runs, or the material is inferior grade not meeting quality control and used to make these to recoup potential losses. Either way, do not buy. Read other reviews. First and last Otterbox I plan to buy. I am an objective individual.

Rear camera is even with the rear of case don't advise case for the S23 ultra have own otterbox case in the past all were great this one has problems

Don't waste your money

Started warping within months

Within weeks, the top right corner started to loosen up, and within a couple of months, it warped itself into a large bubble. I have been too busy to exchange it, and now it just slips off the corner all day. This is my first and last OtterBox.

Stiff buttons, look elswhere.

Overall a halfway decent case if you're only looking for very basic protection, but OtterBox has been churning out sub-par cases lately. I originally bought the Defender case for my S23 Ultra, but it was creaky and felt cheaply made, but at least the buttons were clicky (same thing withe my S21 FE OtterBox Defender case - creaky). My advice it to avoid OtterBox completely for this device.

Not durable

Bought one before this and it began to loosen in that exact area. This case is beginning to do the same and I'm disappointed for quality on an Otterbox. No idea what to buy without shelling out 50+ dollars for maybe getting the same thing happening.
