The rubber portion of the phone case was getting stretched out. Bought another one for my 24 ultra, and after only a few weeks, it seems that the same thing is happening again. I'll wait a little longer to request another warranty replacement although likely won't purchase this case again.

My hand gets sore if i use my phone for more then 1 5 -2 mins

They messed up my financing application and didnt know what they were doing and they wouldnt do anything to make it right never going to buy anything from bestbuy again

The case itself is okay for protection but not really.

My Anxiety was st a all time high. Until i picked my phone up eith a sigh of relief. No cracked screen.
