Took it back to the store 15 days after I got the products and got a partial refund on a gift card!!! I ESCALATED THIS PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD simply to be able to get my rightful full refund! NEVER EVER WILL I MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM BESTBUY!!!

Unfortunately I lost it and can’t load pictures of it in good condition since purchase 2017 and when lost it was about nov 2023.

It is rugged and stands up to all the ware and tear a grade schooler can put it through during his school day. From throwing it in his backpack which gets tossed around each day, I feel comfortable that this product has the durability to keep the iPad protected. The only drawback is the lack of decent directions on how to put the caise on; however, with the miracle of YouTube videos we learned quickly. This appears to be a great product that is well worth the money.
