I purchased for a Christmas gift when it was $100 off on early Black Friday. A great product at a super great price.

Had a Lifeproof case on my previous iPad mini 2 & was frustrated to find that it wouldn't fit on my newer IPad mini 4! Didn't want to spend $80 again so was glad to find this OtterBox Defender on sale for half the price. Although it's slightly heavier than the Lifeproof, it provides great protection. Very pleased with it!

We chose otterbox because we have the same type of protection on our phones and have never had any issues. It's a brand we trust.

I bought this case for our toddlers iPad mini and boy is it tough. She's dropped it so many time and it seems to hold up very well. The built in screen protector is the best part since she eats at the same time as being on the iPad so it gets messy with finger prints. Easy to clean up and looks like new everytime.

I let my little brother take it on an overnight trip and found out he dropped it a few times but nothing happened to my iPad! the screen works perfectly with the built-in screen protector and the touch ID still works great. Charging port and headphone jack line up just fine too. Glad I bought this when I did!

My son drops my IPad mini all the time and we have never had any issues with the device because we keep it in this case

For those wishing to travel with the Mini 4, I recommend this product. The only drawback (besides trying to figure out how to get it on!) is the slight increase in weight & bulk. The 'cover' also is separate, and acts as a stand. However, the main cover for the Mini 4 itself is solid and has a plastic clear sheet so the stand cover (that goes over the face of the Mini) is unneeded except for lengthy trips, air travel, etc. It's hard to find a good Mini 4 cover that has protection. LifeProof doesn't offer one. I had a lightweight pad type cover but it was poor protection.

The case is of really good quality and sturdy. There was nothing wrong when it came in the package.

The OtterBox - Defender Case for Apple iPad Mini 4 is very protective. A little difficult to get on, but well worth it! It will definitely keep your Apple iPad Mini 4 safe from everyday wear and tear. The case has a screen protector and port covers. I haven't had any issues with it.

Perfect for traveling...great price at $39....nothing protects like an OtterBox Defender Series...
