I have owned a few in the past and so far it is the only brand I trust to put on my phone. Otterbox offers a 1 year warranty.The headphone and charger plug covers might eventually warp and not close properly. But I never worry about my phone when I have this cover on.

Thanks for the feedback! Correct, we cannot guarantee that third party charging cables will be compatible with our cases. The lighting cable that came with your iPhone will not be an issue though. We do not recommend using a second screen protector in conjunction with the Defender because, as you stated, it may hinder the touch screen sensitivity. The Defender really shouldn’t impede the audio quality much, if at all. If you find that the sound is muffled consistently please give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we will be happy to troubleshoot and, if needed, get you set up with a warranty replacement.
