However I must say this is the worst Otterbox case I've ever used for two reasons; First, the integrated screen protector severely inhibits touch sensitivity and second, the headphone jack does not line up with the 6s - which inhibits a few of my headphones from plugging in without modifying the case or plug.

We appreciate your feedback! We are sorry that the built in screen protector on this Defender case is hindering the touchscreen sensitivity and that the headphone port is giving you trouble.
Although we cannot guarantee that all third party accessories/headphones will be compatible with our cases, the ports on the case should be lining up perfectly with the iPhone.
The screen sensitivity issue is not normal and we certainly want to rectify that unfortunate dilemma as soon as possible. Please give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269 and we will gladly get a warranty replacement arranged in practically no time at all!
