Although our cases are really resilient they are not indestructible and can sometimes take on damage in the line of duty. We are sorry that this Defender did not go the distance. As long as the iPhone is unscathed we will call it a win as we can easily replace the damaged case! Simply give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we will be more than happy to get a new warranty replacement set up in practically no time at all.
