I'm completely happy with it

I dropped my phone from 3 ft, and it cracked the screen. The Otter box warranty will not cover your phone, just the case. Just buy a cheaper case.

We apologize that the Defender series did not quite meet your expectations! We find it very strange that you were unable to charge the device with the case on, since the unit is designed with a charge port door. When the rubber flap is opened, it is possible to insert a charging cord. Unfortunately, we are unable to test our products with any third-party accessories, so we can only guarantee 100% compatibility with an Apple-recommend charger. If you are using any third-party charging cords, they may not fit.
