Otterbox is my go-to case maker for my electronic devices. I must say - the product would have received 5-stars IF Otterbox had not stopped including the built-in screen protector. I understand the need to accommodate those phones with curved screen edges, but the iPhone X could have easily supported a Defender case with a built-in screen protector. Ottterbox R&D needs to rethink the design process and begin including the screen protector on those devices that will support such.

This is an Awesome case! For anyone who is either clumsy or does tough outside work and breaks a case because of it-this is the last case you'll need!! Before this case I was buying my boyfriend a case just about every 2 weeks, but he has yet to find a way to break this one on the job! Bottom line, the defender series is great!!

I know that the phone is safe in the hands of my child.

Strong case that gets the job done. A little too bulky at times but better then paying for a new phone for how many times I drop mine.

Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store. Performance: It does exactly what I needed from this device. My iPhone is more on the floor than on my hand so the Otterbox Defender is my primary choice. I’ve being using it since 2011 and my experience has been great. Be careful though, is a very good protection for the phone but the belt clip is fragile and can get broken easily when you get tangled up in something. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.
