I really enjoy the fact that the new series of case is slimmer and lighter but I still feel my phone is protected.

Very happy with this dishwasher! Run time is a little longer than my old one but I don't care because I can't hear it! Runs very quietly, gets dishes very clean and they are DRY. Love the 3rd rack. Keep in mind, in order to allow space for the 3rd rack on top, the lower rack is lower than usual.

Wondering Why this case did not come with a front screen protector, like all other defender series

Good protection for phone. I always use this case. OtterBox - Defender is one of the protector cases.

I love this case. Not only is it in a cute combination of colors, it is fairly light weight and does not add any bulk to the phone. I am able to remove the outer shell and open the hard plastic portion with ease.

I already dropped my new iphone while hiking! very happy I had this case.

I only buy OtterBox Defender cases for phones I purchased because these are nearly indestructible. Bought this phone case for my dad...he already dropped it twice and no damage to the phone. I'll be an OtterBox fan for life.

The original case I bought was fine for a week, then began to creak. I took it back to Best Buy for an exchange and due to an inventory discrepancy in getting me a new one, they gave me the newer model. Both cases are great….except that the original one began to creak. Overall, a quality case and is good if you have the dropsies!

These are a must for anybody with an expensive phone…I wouldn't even leave the store without putting one on… I just wish OtterBox would put a hole on back so you can see the Apple symbol on the back…like they used to.

This is GREAT it didn’t slid from my hand. The only thing I didn’t like was the plug in. You have to lift the cover to plug it in. Then I found out it was MUCH cheaper online.

Otter Box fan for years so a natural choice for my first new phone in 6+ years. No drops yet...but feel confident in knowing the Otter has my back. :o) Still a little tricky to get it open for phone installation, but I persevered. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable as usual.

Way to expensive! Bought a glass screen cover (Again Expensive) and they charged seven (7) dollars to install. Not good customer service or building of future relationship !!! Also sought to have a Laptop repaired. Cost almost as much for them to just look at it than a new computer.

A must have to protect your iPhone 12 mini. Great value for the money! Best Buy employee installed in minutes and works great! Would definitely recommend.

Very sturdy. It’s good to have when you have kids at home. For the first timers you might have to tell the family how to open the case.

I’m liking everything except the no home button. I’m using otter box phone cover. There is not enough room at the edge to activate the swipe up with big hands and fingers. I have to repeat multiple times before it activates..
