After extensive design teasing, our engineers determined that the best way to interact with the screen of this device was without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, our tests have shown that that case is just as protective as its predecessors. Additionally, that case is totally compatible with Alpha Glass and Amplify if you're looking to add an extra level of protection.

I feel my phone is much safer in the Defender case. It's my go-to case for the $$mobile phone!
