My iPhone 6s was kept safe for five years and I expect the same from this Defender Pro case. The only difference is that the pro has an open front, so you need a screen shield. All in all, a solid durable case with good protection.

I have dropped my last Phone a few times with the otter box on and saved me big time. My new iPhone 11 pro max on the other hand I will not be dropping but if the chance does come my way I will be prepared. Thanks Best Buy!

I personally have never had my phone damage while using the OTTERBOX cases. This company stands behind their product 100%. If I’ve ever had an issue with this product in the past, custom service was quick to respond to remedy the issue.

Feels so secure, wish they made this for a few other phones in the household. Will buy this for every phone if I ever get in the future, provided they make it for that model.
