We're sorry to hear about your frustration with that Defender Series Pro case. When removing that case, first take off the outer slipcover. If you're having trouble getting that part started, we usually recommend opening the charge port cover and giving that flap a little tug; that should get the slipcover started for you. After that's off, look at the back of the case, and you should see some arrows pointing off to the edge of that case; each of those arrows is indicating a latch that's holding that inner shell closed. Simply release each of those clasps, and that shell should start to come open! My only issue is, wireless charging is hit or miss. I have an upright stand type charger that will not work with it at all. But I have 2 other chargers, 1 with a battery and 1 without that both work perfectly.
