The cashier acted as if I were bothering her. I said thank you and her reply was “yea”!!!!! I loved shopping at Best Buy in Jonesboro AR, but we no longer have the store. I am ashamed on how you all have allowed the store personnel to get so bad.

For some reason this missed the mark. A few weeks in without any reason the outer plastic frame piece started cracking and basically broke in all 4 corners. I returned it and bought the Symmetry which I like but really wanted more protection for my phone.

It was a great case prior to the changes. Unfortunately I returned the case as I was expecting the same quality as previous Defenders. Like the old saying, “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”

Our engineers have done extensive testing on the viability of having a built-in screen protector on cases for these newest devices, and they've found that it would lead to sub-optimal screen interaction. Since our goal with cases is to provide unfettered access to the functions and features of your device, we decided it was best to forego the built-in display protection. That being said, this Defender Series case is just as protective as its predecessors. Additionally, if you're looking to add an extra level of protection and make this case tougher than any Defender Series you've had in the past, this case is totally compatible with Amplify and Alpha Glass.
